- It is a white hygroscopic powder or crystalline powder, flake or particle, odorless.
- It has a cool and sweet taste, with a sweetness of about half that of sucrose, and a calorific value similar to sucrose.In the food industry, sorbitol solution with a content of 69-71% is commonly used.
- Sorbitol solution is a colorless, transparent, viscous liquid with a sweet taste.
